Raymond P. Rowan

Dr. Rowan, is a true Floridian. After graduating from high school in Davie, he remained in South Florida where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science from Nova Southeastern University.
He then went on to attend Barry University, the only medical school in Florida with a podiatric medicine program. There he earned both a Master’s of Science, and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degrees.
He chose a high volume foot and ankle surgical residency program at Palmetto General Hospital in Miami. There he trained extensively in all areas of foot, ankle, and lower leg pathology including elective and traumatic forefoot, hind-foot and ankle reconstruction surgery as well as infection management, diabetic food reconstruction and limb salvage.
After residency, he joined a large group and practiced in West Palm Beach, Jupiter, and Stuart. He was closely involved in the academics, and training of young doctors as an attending at the Bethesda Memorial Residency Program for Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, and the Assistant Director for the CFAS Fellowship in Reconstructive Ankle Surgery. He practiced advanced wound care, and limb salvage at the David Lee Smythe Wound Care Center, at Cleveland Clinic.
He has co-authored articles on topics ranging from infectious diseases of the lower extremity, to surgical correction of calcaneal fractures, which have been published in esteemed medical journals.
He is deeply engaged in philanthropy. He participated in the Yucatan Crippled Children’s Project as well as bi-annual surgical mission trips to the Dominican Republic where limited resources, leave a vast population of the less fortunate with debilitating congenital and post-traumatic deformities of the lower extremity.
Dr. Rowan is dual board certified in podiatric medicine, and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, and a Diplomate of the America Board of Food and Ankle Surgery.
While Dr. Rowan is highly trained in many aspects of foot and ankle surgery, he uses surgery as a last resort, always first exhausting every effort to correct the problem with conservative treatment. In the vast majority of cases, surgery is NOT required, and the condition resolves with conservative treatment alone.
Adismary Salinas Recio

Dr. Salinas has strong ties to the Florida community. Originally from Cuba, she moved to the United States at a young age and was raised in Orlando, Florida. Her background has shaped her commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and her ability to connect with a diverse patient population. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively communicate with and care for patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
Dr. Salinas earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, Pre-Medicine, from the University of Central Florida. She then went on to attend the Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, where she earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree and graduated number one in her class. During her time in medical school, she was recognized for her academic excellence and leadership, earning multiple honors and awards, including induction into the Pi Delta National Podiatric Honor Society and several merit-based scholarships.
She completed her surgical residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle (PMSR/RRA) certification at Baptist Health South Florida Bethesda Hospital East and West in Boynton Beach, Florida, a high-volume foot and ankle surgical program. There, she trained extensively in all areas of foot and ankle pathology, including trauma, reconstruction, limb salvage, wound care, minimally invasive surgery (MIS), arthroscopy, total ankle replacement, and sports-related injuries. During her final year, she served as Chief Resident, where she was actively involved in surgical training, patient care, and mentoring junior residents and medical students. She was also honored with the “Resident of the Year” award at the 10th Annual Medi Awards.
Dr. Salinas has special interests in minimally invasive procedures, trauma, total ankle replacement, arthroscopy, sports injuries, wound care, limb salvage, reconstruction, and regenerative medicine. She has been actively involved in academic research and education, serving as a speaker at both the Science and Management Symposium (SAM) and the “Toes in the Sand” conference hosted by the Palm Beach County Podiatric Medical Association. She has also presented at national conferences, including the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons Annual Scientific Conference.
She is board-qualified in forefoot and rearfoot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and remains actively involved in several professional organizations, including the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Florida Podiatric Medical Association, the American Association of Women Podiatrists, the Academy of Minimally Invasive Foot and Ankle Surgery, and the Academy of Physicians in Wound Healing.
While Dr. Salinas is highly trained in advanced surgical techniques, she believes surgery is a last resort. She emphasizes a comprehensive approach to care, focusing on conservative and preventative treatment strategies to address conditions early and optimize long-term outcomes. Dr. Salinas incorporates the latest advancements in regenerative medicine when appropriate, including biologic therapies aimed at promoting healing and restoring function. She works closely with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans, with the goal of achieving the best possible outcome and a timely return to daily activities.
When Dr. Salinas is not in the clinic, she enjoys traveling, learning about new cultures, exploring diverse culinary experiences, staying active, and spending time with her loved ones.
